Our bike techs recommend alternating the heights of the brackets 64″ & 74″ from the cushioned bike hook to the floor so the handle bars don’t touch other bikes. If the bike walls are sheet rock or brick we recommend adding plywood blocking to the bike walls. 24″ high x 2″ thick to provide secure, long term anchoring support. Initially if the bike room is spacious. Install the bike brackets on 24″ centers all at 74″ high from the cushioned bike hook to the floor.
